Access to the nbajer Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nbajer enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all account holders. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or access any service on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any other person or entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the nbajer Platform through a self-exclusion request or any enforcement action by nbajer.

nbajer takes age verification seriously. At the point of registration, all players are required to confirm their date of birth. nbajer reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of account use, including prior to processing a withdrawal. In the event that a player is found to be under 18 years of age, nbajer will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds in accordance with applicable procedures. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

If you are aware that a person under 18 has registered an account on the nbajer Platform or has access to your account, you must contact nbajer support immediately at [email protected]. nbajer actively monitors for account behaviour patterns consistent with underage use and investigates all flagged accounts.

All financial transactions on the nbajer Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nbajer supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.

Deposits. Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. nbajer does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to verify any fees applied by your chosen payment provider before initiating a deposit. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the source account.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in the Account Registration section above. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the nbajer account. nbajer will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but nbajer aims to process approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for supported mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours.

Bonus-related restrictions. Where a deposit has been made in conjunction with a bonus offer, withdrawal of the deposited amount may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Players should review the specific bonus terms before opting into any promotional offer. Attempting to withdraw deposited funds prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus balance.

nbajer reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel a withdrawal request in the event that the relevant account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other form of prohibited activity. Any such delay will be communicated to the player in writing to their registered email address.

All sports bets placed through the nbajer sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules govern matters including but not limited to: void bet conditions, settlement procedures, in-play bet acceptance windows, accumulator rules, and the handling of abandoned, postponed, or replayed fixtures. nbajer's betting rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms.

Bet acceptance. nbajer reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. In particular, nbajer may decline to accept bets where: the stated odds contain a manifest error; the relevant event has already commenced or concluded; the Platform is experiencing a technical fault; or the bet is of a type or size that nbajer has determined to fall outside its standard acceptance criteria. No bet is binding on nbajer until it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player.

Manifest errors. In the event that a bet is accepted and confirmed at odds that contain a clear and obvious error ("palpable error") — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction — nbajer reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. nbajer will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to rely on inaccurate odds displayed as a result of a palpable error.

Casino games. All casino games available on the nbajer Platform are provided by third-party software studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates in accordance with its own published rules and a certified random number generator (RNG). The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee any outcome for any individual session or bet. nbajer does not modify game mechanics or RTP rates and has no influence over individual game outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game or an in-play bet, nbajer will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the bet accordingly. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. nbajer is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side.

Closure by the player. You may request the closure of your nbajer account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and result in immediate suspension of account access.

Closure by nbajer. nbajer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete required identity verification; evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more; or at the direction of a competent legal or regulatory authority. Where an account is closed by nbajer due to a breach of these Terms, nbajer is not obligated to return any funds held in the account where those funds are directly associated with the prohibited activity.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. nbajer will attempt to contact the player at their registered email address prior to applying a dormancy maintenance fee. Where a dormant account balance falls to zero following the application of such fees, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support before the account closure date.

Responsible gaming closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum cooling period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to reopen or access their account under any circumstances, and nbajer will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the self-excluded player from opening a new account. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general principles of law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nbajer's internal complaints process may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body. Players may contact nbajer's support team at [email protected] as the first point of contact for any dispute or complaint. nbajer aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.
